All residents will now be invited to join us for two FREE events that celebrate Our History and Heritage Through Song and Dance. Arts Westchester Challenge!:
Donate to the Historical Society by Dec. 15th and Arts Westchester will match your contribution.
The historical society has qualified for this opportunity due to a recent grant we proposed that will bring two free programs to our community! We plan to offer two performances in 2022 focused on “Celebrating Our History through Music and Dance.”
· One performance program will be by a South American Guitarist and Composer.
· The second program will be an opportunity to dance and sing along with a band playing some old time music and dancing led by a well-known local dance caller.
· Both programs will be a celebration for all ages!
In order to make both programs happen – we need to raise $1,200.
Any amount donated – large or small – will be doubled due to the matching funds.
